Some things give you hope, inspiration and courage; this is the case for me with new beginnings.
Some people offer you hope, inspiration and courage; this is the case for me with many people. I wrote about them (blog #324 Giving Is Contagious) and sent a private email to them last week letting them know.
As we embark upon a new adventure offering our Unf♥<kwithable® merchandise amidst the chaos of 2020, I notice the excitement, worry, anticipation and exhilaration of dipping our toes in the water of doing something completely new at a time when most things seems off kilter. We’re starting to sell our “clothing with attitude” intending to bolster people’s moods as they are navigating the many challenges of 2020. If ever there was a time to become Unf♥<kwithable®, it’s now.
And to bolster my attitude, the early adopters, raving fans and incredible supporters in our private Unf♥<kwithable® Facebook group have risen to the occasion, proudly purchasing all items and sending in selfies sporting the brand. It’s in these moments where people celebrate with you that I find hope, inspiration and courage when I’m uncertain along the way.
Mahtab Rezai (pictured above) is the embodiment of all of this. She’s a wise, beautiful, heroic and brave leader who is courageously living through Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer. She is the epitome of what it means to be Unf♥<kwithable® (which means to be truly at peace and in touch with yourself, and nothing anyone says or does bothers you, and no negativity or drama can touch you). When someone you care so deeply about sends a photo of encouragement and praise for something as simple as a T-shirt amidst all she’s got going on, it puts everything else in perspective for me.
