Why do we hang on to the way things are when life gets challenging then?
Perhaps predictable pain feels more normal than unpredictable growth?
And, we’re either growing or dying.
We need to let go to grow, learn, and become the next best version of ourselves.
It is worthwhile to remind yourself to pursue security by learning, growing, and emerging into the future when your instincts say otherwise.
Doing what you’ve always done will result in stagnation, avoidance, and more of the same – not security.
Don’t confuse the two.
