How to Make Meaningful Changes #752

by Sue Hawkes

Making meaningful changes in my routine requires intentionality.

When I take my time annually to review the year, I begin with my calendar and use Tim Ferriss’ PYR to evaluate. That’s where I am in my process as I write this. I’ve made my lists and will now look into 2022 with more clarity.

My first task is booking vacations with my husband. We do that in November for the entire next year. It’s been a gamechanger and one of the best things I’ve learned to do with him. The next task is my “Not to Do” list.

That’s right. Who and what will I remove?

If you don’t have a positive experience, or enjoy it/them consistently, reduce or remove.

Peace returns and space is available for your best experiences.

Without space, adding new practices won’t work – just like resolutions.
