Any of our EOS clients have heard me reference this quote 1,000 times if they’ve heard it once. It’s simple, tried and true and a basic tenant of good leadership.
When you’re early, prepared and thoughtful about how you spend time with others, they know it.
When you’re not, they know it as well.
What’s your preference? Sending the message to whomever you’re meeting with that they matter and you value them and their time, or the alternative…
Sending the message that you’re an afterthought, you don’t matter and/or I am disorganized, I am struggling to fit you in, I can’t seem to prioritize what’s important and you’re not it….
