This is a time of relationships.
If there is nothing else apparent with the challenges of 2020, this is it.
When we look back at 2020, the year started strong in business, not just a few industries, most of them. By the spring, we had learned to work at a distance, live on Zoom, deal with murder, protests and rioting, and our worlds were reeling.
At the center of everything is humanity.
What will rebuild our world is not continued polarization, it’s unification. We must learn to care for others as we do ourselves and our families.
Whether it’s a mask or leaning into conversations we’ve previously remained silent in, we must consider others and #speakup.
There is no middle ground.
