Win Your Race #1085

by Sue Hawkes

Progress isn’t always forward.

Sometimes progress is inward.

It can seem like staying in one place, however, when you’re present, you realize it’s not external; you appreciate progress can seem to pause while the infrastructure for change is built.

When that happens, it’s more like a comma and surge into the future.

Pause then rise.

Be patient.

Growth for growth’s sake is hollow.

Tilling the soil for sustainable change requires patience.

Hang in there.

It’s worth it.

Sometimes you’re the tortoise, sometimes the hare.

Win your race.
