Your Choice #1254

by Sue Hawkes

When things aren’t working, it can sometimes feel as if nothing will fix the problem. We become overwhelmed with the issues and don’t know where to start.

Really, there are only three choices.

  1. Live with it
  1. End it
  1. Change it

I learned this from Gino Wickman, and it takes all the confusion and emotion out of solving issues. It also reminds us that complaining about it isn’t going to help, though many people seek new audiences to share the same story, politicking their way through a situation and causing harm to all parties involved.

If you can no longer live with something, it leaves you with two options: change it or end it. If you don’t have the wherewithal to do those, then agree to live with it and stop complaining. What do you choose?
